toe in or toe out?

Default toe in or toe out?

which is better ? i always thought toe in was better but a guy at my track on saturday said he heard out was better.so which is it ? thanks

for the rear: always toe in.

for the front: toe out gives you more aggressive turn in, but a little instability at high speeds on the straights. toe in gives you more stability, but less aggressive turn in.
