I intend to get a MP777 with the following:
1) Futaba 3PM
2) 2 x s9203 high speed servo
3) VZ-B v-spec
What battery pack should I get for the receiver and what tuned pipe and muffler would be suited for the above engine? I was considering the JP2.
Is there any additional items I need to make this package complete. I’m currently in Mongolia and there is no hobby shop within close proximity. Therefore, I want to make sure I get everything I need at once.

For the V-Spec, get the OS 2050 pipe, it works very well with this engine and is just as durable as the jp2.
For the reciever pack just get any 1400 nimh hump pack.

I second that, I have the 2050 pipe with the VZ-B V Spec and IMO a better match you cannot find. I run a hump pack as well, after a near fatal run away using the double "A" pack (the MP777 lived though it had it's first diving lesson) I quickly bought the hump pack.

Thank for that. I'll look into getting the 2050 pipe. Do I need to upgrade the clutch and flywheel or is the standard 777 sufficient to run the VZ-B V spec?

No need to upgrade the clutch or flywheel, mine are stock and haven't shown any sign of wear or any problems for that matter. I have heard that the stock ones only last about 6 races but I can't qualify that with a definite...maybe someone who has had their MP777 a little longer would know for sure how long the stock ones last depending on how hard you drive it.
