Hey guys, I want to get a new engine for my GS storm pro. I'm hooked up on these RB's, they are awsome. I've tried many beginner engines such as the Hyper 8 port, OS 21 Max RG. This time I need a wild engine. I've considered the RB WS7 II or the Vspec, but Vspec plugs seems very expensive, even double the price of the RB turbo plugs. I've read many posts, but what engine is the P5?.. is it the P5 Novarossi?
Also, the RB WS7 is slightly more expensive than the Vspec, is it worth the extra money? I got the RB 086 pipe so I want an engine that is good to the pipe
Thans for the help.

The P5 is made by REX, another name for novarossi - great engine, lots of low end power.
I am an RB fan, I have an RB C5 and an S7 in my buggies, a Rody C5 in my 8th scale on road and a Rody V12 in my 10th scale - cannot say enough good things about them, never had a single problem. I love that pipe too.

The P5 is a Novarossi based engine, it is marketed under several brand names such as Noarossi,Tops,Rex,Crono, and a few others...not to mention modified versions such as JP,EB, RB,and Hot mods...all good engines that will work well with the 086 pipe
RB Concept engines are are all very good too, however pipe selection becomes an issue depending on what model you choose.

As I said, I'm considering the RB WS7 II engine because it has a nice price over here (yeah well not cheaper than the US)
Will the 086 pipe do good with that engine?
