What are the main differences, or is it like comparing a 7.5 to a Kanai? I know the Kanai and 7.5 are almost a total different buggy but what about the 777 vs. the Sp1?

Don't know about any dimentional differences. The SP2 is supposed to be 4mm longer.
The SP1 compares to the Standard 777 just like the K3 compares to a regular 7.5.
