NOt how do you put the wheel on. How do you put the adapter in. YOu put the pin in, then usally you screw in the two set screws to lock the pin, however the set screw holes are not threaded.

What are you putting these on, you can not use the typical buggy cva with the set screw that screws into the pin. They are used on MT axle where the are threaded on the outside and the pin is external.

just fit it over the axle, and use the stock wheelnut to secure it, THEN you put the 23mm wheel on, THEN put the 23mm wheelnut on.
