Speeds of upto 65Mph have been recorded with the 2 speed installed, but you can gear these up to attain higher speed. Problem is that the spurs tend to strip when you go off road with it.

i must diagree ...i had a 2 speed in my hyper and the final drive ratio was pretty close to stock..therefore it didnt really achieve a faster top speed it just got up to speed alot quicker...you also must not have tried one off road cuz i never stripped a spur gear at all...the biggest complaint i had was the loss of my center diff action...the 2 speed is not a differential and that affects the way it runs off road dramaticaly....

i dicided aginst the 2 speed and canceled the order because i just found that there is a track in my local area and i cant race with it anyway. thanks anyway
