Either the mill is to rich, too lean, your running the wrong fuel, theres's dirt in the chamber, the plugs are from a bad batch or your leaving the ignitor on too long.

mill? fuel is fine 20% nitro by hpi 20% is recommended for my car ,def no dirt in the chamber, bad batch maybe but not likely, ignitor goes off right when engine fires. got one plug left and i dont know where to start

what is the engine and plugs you are using ? how long does the engine run before the plug dies ? Is the engine new ? Does the plug still glow when you take it out but when you have it in and take the glow warmer off the engine dies ? Have you taken a temp of the engine ?

ofna force .26 is the engine ( [link=http://www.ofna.com/eng-force-26.html]ENGINE[/link] ) yes engine is new has had maybe 6 tanks though it , no the plug doesnt glow at all, plugs die after about 1-2 tanks , engine temps hit 250 max

check your head hsims. you may have only one or none, its been known to happen. also check the crank pin. should be 5.1 mm dia check play in the rod too, if the bottom end bushing is worn it will foul plugs.. i know its new but it has happened before, bad batch of cranks or rods, any excess play will cause the plug to foul. Try putting 2 glow plug copper rings in .. see what that does..

if everything else is fine that means the tune is off. I get about a gallon on my plugs before they slowly start to wear out.

Check for cracked or cut fuel lines as well. I recently was having some plugs pop really fast and found a slightly cut fuel line. Replaced it and haven't had a problem since.

your runnin to lean and getting high temps, back it off a little and get a medium plug. 20% nitro should work well. higher nitro colder plug. lower nitro hotter plug....
