Question About 30% BUGGY Fuel
I was wondering, I just
bought 3 gallons of Sidewinder
30% for the rest of the summer and fall
and I was wondering if storing it in a
fridge on a low cool temp would
keep it longer or trap moisture in the bottle?
I was told by a person at the local track
that this is what he does and doesn't have a
problem with fuel that I can see. I have a old very warm house and
in the basement is my hobby room and in the room
I have a small Bar fridge that I am not planning on using
except for holding the gallons fuel and BEER!
Does anyone else do this to keep there fuel?
Thanks...

RE: Question About storing 30% BUGGY Fuel
I think people in general are way to worried about the fuel. Just keep it out of light and on a shelf. No need to keep it in the fridge.
I've been doing RC for 16 years and never had any problems with fuel ever.
I've stored it in a 5 gallon drum, 1 gallon and any other size in between.

RE: Question About storing 30% BUGGY Fuel
I know, I do agree with you! But on the other hand
I did just have a problem with older BT fuel and Trinity Nitro fuel.
So, I purchase a fresh Galllon of BT that had been delivered from
freight truck my problems had went away with the Two motors?
The other gallons that I had the problems with were from last fall
and they were stored out of any light and on a wood shelf?
I just figured I had a Little fridge given to me and
if it was a method used to keep fuel in top condition longer
I would find out if anyone else did it.

Sorry but I don't really understand your post. Some punctuation might help.
Did you have problem with the fresh fuel or the old fuel?

RE: Question About 30% BUGGY Fuel
There is Plenty of room for BeeR ...besides I don't want to have too much either or I'll end up at the track
with a car thats half LST and half Hyp7 and a hangover.
I just started this post to actully see if other people stored there fuel in the refridgerator?
