Default Buggy shocks the same??

I'd like to get some better shocks for my hyper 7 pro. I've seen others guy run different brand shocks on their cars. Do all 1/8 scale buggies use close to the same length shocks?

yes mugen and kanai shocks will work on your hyper 7....

the mugen shock bodies and cap are not so strong though, they get out of shape in bad crashes coz they are not hardend, the seals are the best in the business though. much better than the kyosho but the kyosho have stronger shock bodies

but seriosly there is nothing wrong with your hyper7 shocks... even the 3.0mm ones... i never snapped one.. the top drivers in europe use standard hyper7 shocks

i had to use some hoboa shocks a while back when i couldn't get parts for my leaky kyosho shocks. i think the only difference was the diameter of the hole in the pivot balls, where the shock connects to the a-arm.
