Found it at the general section of the OFNA forums so I take no credit for it. Pretty helpful tool if you ask me.

Can someone help clear up which is the highend and lowend needle? In the manual they use other names for them. I just want to make sure I am on the track.

On most engines, the High Speed Needle sticks out, from the carb, generally pointing diagonally upward (usually near the fuel line). Although, if you had to spin your carb 180 degrees to get the slide to line up with the servo, your needle may be pointing diagonally down.
If you only have a two needle carb, the Low Speed Needle, this needle will be on the side of the carb closest to the exhaust pipe. If you have a three needle carb, this needle may be on the side closest to the servo, and the Middle Speed Needle (may not be right name?) may be on the exhaust pipe side. Although these may be switched from my description as well. You really need the manual for this one.

The fuel line attatchs to the base of the high speed needle. The low speed needle is on the sliding part of the carb that the throttle linkage is hooked up to.

Yep, low speed on slide concertina side, mid range setting or 'mixture control valve' on the exhaust side. Mixture control valve (OS's name for it) is the most appropriate description and seems to have been widely adopted, as opposed to 'mid range needle', which is a totally misleading description.

Welll.....welll....wellll....that is a very good idea. But do you know what is the problem here....Nobody whant to do it. You can see why.....is very simpre....for example....More of the problem and explanation is more easy if someone can take some pix. But what is the problem.....nobody whant to do it.
Take a pic is very easy than make a Flow Chart. Thik about that...you can find a good answer the reason.
You can see my case......I alway try to include some pix to help the novice or the expert people.
