Default Off Road Set-Up

I am needing some help in the set up of my Mayhem for off road. I usually run oval, but have been giving off road a try. My problem is the rear of my buggy is bouncing around quit a bit. I have 30wt. oil in the shocks. The track is pretty rough in spots. Do I use thicker oil or thinner oil for this problem. I also use the red & black springs, but cannot tell much difference in the two. Any help would be great.

Default RE: Off Road Set-Up

check the sportwerks site for setup sheets......or see what other guys at your track are setting up like (any buggy) and try to copy their setup to try it....so many adjustments on a buggy to try too.......I run 30 wt shock oil when my track is just tore up so it soaks up th ebumps.....I'd try more rear squat and raise th efront alil via the shock positioning......play w/ shock preloading too....try a lil more pre-load in rear than front....
setup is definately a prefference but you need to try a lot of junk setups before finding one you like
