Default engine problems

hi guy i am having probs with getting my force 25 to stay running i can start it fine then it sounds like its bogging out but i leaned it out and riched it but the same thinks are still happening

well be a little more specific
what needle did you lean out?
try the low speed needle and idle
u need to lean not richen
lean it in SMALL 1/8-1/16 turns! and if u run too lean ur engine will be hurtin!

glow plug is fine and i leaned out the high speed but if you get it revving hi you noght have the luck of it running with out bogging out when you hit the gas

usually if a engine idles then stalls or bogs upon acceleration then the high speed needle is too lean........if it idles to fast the bottom end is to lean

took a good look but i didnt explain it to well what i meant is that it is running fine on the box them all of a sudden it will bog out and splutter but some times it doesnt

With out seeing it and what you just said, sounds like a top end lean condidtion. "It only does it sometimes"
Try turning the HSN counter-clockwise 1 hour at time, well make 3 for your sake.

got it working (*nearly*) but know them fly wheel nut keep coming lose and i was just wondering if it is cause i need new shoe si am waiting till th shop opens

know the plug has just went but i think i found the prob the low speed needle was to rich and coming out to wuick so screwed it in a bit and the plug went prob cause i didnt change the high speed it was lean

no wasnt the plug just the glow start needed charged but i took it back to factory settings and it still wont work can sombody tell me whats wrong as this is getting on my nerves

i am also haveing the same problems mine starts some times then it dies right after and it spits out feul outta the muffler so i leaned out the high speed needle and it still does the same thing i don't get it i might need to change the glow plug because it is old but it still lights up when put on the glow plug ignighter but i don't even know the break in settings for my model
it is a kyoshovanning land jump with an os max .21 on it

Try leaning the low speed, and set the midrange back to factory in case it's moved.

Maybe that's your problem!!!

Check your clutch and flywheel combo again.Take it all out and put them correctly with shims and everything.AND make sure that the shims touching the bearings are outter diameter 8mm and NOT 10mm!!!
