I would start with 20 nitro....make sure what ever brand you use that it is detailed on the castor content. O'donnell, Red Max, there are plenty of different kinds fuels. Hope this helped.

PS: I would call around to your lhs and see what they have ...then I would see what the guys on the forum think. This is what I originally did.

I was thinking http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXAKD8&P=0 or http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHCT9&P=0 . Do you think it would we worth the extra 3$ a quart?

Less castor means less protection. Stick with the high number...also I don't know why one is more expensive than the other!!!
See if they have o'donnell...what does your LHS say ???

and I like Maxy's 25% race blend...everyone has a prefference to fuel...best to see what is locally available and what racers are using near you....different regions preffer different fuels for a reason....if climate affects the way your mill runs thenI'd think it might affect how the fuel is delivered and consumed by your mill......

sidewinder is the best fuel...i run 20% nitro with 12%oil in all my cars...the best thing is you dont have to remember to use after run oil because it isnt needed with ths fuel.....

no point me recommending the fuel i use as its only really available from 2 places in the UK & they don't post
its only 8% oil but its the quality of oil that matters!
i get plenty of power & good engine life with awesome reliabilty
its just a shame its not more widely available! but its good for those in the know

I'm going to have to go with the Aussie on Cooper Fuels Liqui-Fire! Not only does the fuel have a great reputation, but the man behind the fuel stands behind it. If it's not available at your LHS, either order it from him or tell them to get it!

I dont really care for byrons, I found that Traxxas top fuel works well for me. Also the Traxxas fuel seems to run pretty consistent in all 4 of my nitro cars, which include .12's to big .26's

Another nod for sidewinder. Best fuel i've used so far. I use it in my Savage, and i will use it in my buggy in the spring. 30% race blend (12% oil iirc)
