Default RE: SELECTION HELP

If you buy any rtr your going to end up spending about $600 after you trash the junk radio and engine that comes in the rtrs and buy new equipment. The only buggy that has a great engine and electronics out of the box is the sportwerks mayhem which is around $500 I think. 2nd choice for a quality RTR is the Cen Matrix. You'll need to upgrade atleast the steering servo and the engine lacks power as well as having a very short life span. Otherwise the radio is good and the chassis is great. With the matrix expect to replace the drive cups on the diffs often too though because they wear out really quick.

If your bashing get the mayhem. If your racing get the matrix because it handles much better on track then the mayhem.
