Default Digital Servo

Will Digital servos make a buzzing noise even if they are not under a load? A just upgraded my jammin buggy with 3pk converted to spektrum with futaba digital high torque servo. They buzz even when at center. Also, can you use a external fail safe with the spektrum system?

Ya, no worries. Mine does the same thing. But the constant searching from the digital servo will drain batteries more.

What size battery pack do you all use? Do you use a fail safe with the spektrum built in fail safe?

I use a 2400Mah pack I built myself. I persoanlly don't use a fail safe at all. I use rubber bands on the throttle linkage. I wouldn't use an external fail safe, use the spektum one.

2300 mAh + rubber bands here too - never a problem.
