I've bought a small cutoff switch for my 1/8th scale buggy. Its a renamed Venom (I think). Came with no documentation on how to install it. I assumed it went between channel 2 (throttle/brake) and the reciever. But flicking on the radio the red cutoff light comes on and only the steering works.

Not really sure what I'm supposed to do, it has a 'set' button on it but it doesnt seem to do anything seen nothing on channel 2 works while its plugged in.

Any help really welcome.

some have a little dial that you turn to set where you want the servo to go when there is no signal. But with the buttons some you just put the servo in the position you want when you lose signal then press the button. Try psuhing the button while your servo is in different positions, it might think that you are setting it up right now and is in fail safe mode.
