Well thats a nice starting question indeedy....Nice handle too. WELCOME to the thread, you are in virgin territory and now have tranced on the grass as the first poster...
Actually mine came with the 80% built pro kit - minus the servos, reciever and engine of course as you know, so therefore in that regard you can built it yourself...just not from the ground up. But you can take it apart and then put it back together again with some extras. But its very nice and with a few small mods, its ready to race. Ill be putting the OS .21 VZ-B V-Spec-T (P) in it to get that nice power to wieght ratio. Do have one now or are you thinking about getting one...?

Gosh...I think I prefere this thread than the other one. Too many negative bigots slashing the Hyper8 because it does not come with a $700. price tag.
So, here I am thinking about how I was going to set up my Hyper as I am not the most expereinced Buggy driver in the world, although some more than others. What are some of your set up sheets guys...?

I juast recived my haper a couple of days ago and I like it alot. I finished assembling everything preaty shortly. Althougt I have one question do you guys think the the set-up that comes with the hyper is too aggresive because the camber up front in like 5 and like 10 in the back and I got some set-up sheats that the proc are using and there way less agressive. Camber is like 2 up front and 3 in the back. Thank you for any replies. HYPER 8 hell's yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah actually i am not too sure as I have not really run it properly yet...still messing with the Revo untill its finished. But that sounds pretty aggressive, but then again it does depend on the track you are running on as what will work for one track will not work very well for another track. I have to buy one of those "set-up stations" so that when I race it I can change the set up properly no matter which track I am on.
Do you have any pics of your cool Hyper to post on here nitroP...?

No problemo...to post a pic is easy really. When you are replying to another post, it will say"Click here to upload images and files", at the bottom of left hand side of the post box. Click on that and it will direct youto attach pic from your computers HD. Have a try and you'll see its easy. your Buggy sounds cool, try to put some pics on here for us all to look at with envy...

Well everything was excellent...except I got a bit over anxious and turned a bit too early and clipped a tyre what sent me twirling over the abyse and into disrepair...or repair I should say. Still ahve to get it set-up proper. Been a while since i rove a buggy and forgot what it felt like, very nice.
