Who sells ACE servos on line at the best price? Sorry will never deal with Airtronics as I had problems with one of there radios and they where no help. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
I all so do not seem to be getting very good durability with Hitec servos in my trucks so I do not want to use them. All most lost a race a week ago do to one!

I use Hitec 5945MG for steering and JR8800S for throttle.

I know what your saying but I've never had a problem with the S3305 centering itself or lacking on torque. Its a little slow but its still enough to have quick enough reactions to keep up with the quick desitions you need to make. I have had one fail on be but I think moisture got in there which burnt it out otherwise the S3305 has been bullet proof and 90% of the racers at my local track use them.
Perhaps Futaba servos just are a cut above the Hitec, JR, and Blue Birds that I have tried. How long do you actually get out of one of your S3305s though before replacement, and how many hours/week do you drive?
I've had the steering servo in it for as long as I've owned the buggy which is a little over a year. I have about 30mins to an hour of running per weekend of racing (we only run 5min heats and mains because we usually don't have enough people to pit). The steering is getting a tiny bit of slop in it now but it still centers fine. The throttle is the one that got moisture in it otherwise that should last longer then the steering servo anyway. The responce deffinatly isn't as fast as the digital servos of course but if your used to it then it doesn't matter anyway and its still pleanty fast enough to avoid wrecks and make corrections. I used to run the JR servos but theres a reason why I switched. They deffinatly didn't center all of the time and the failed pretty often. I've had 2 that spontaniously lost all torque in a fairly short period of time and the futabas have been lasting twice as long as the JRs I used to run.
