I do like OS and if they will sponsor me I will change my avatar back. The trouble with OS they are about to price them self out of my price range. They discontinued there RG to make the RV which is very close to the RG and up the price about $50 to $60 BAD MOVE. Right now I have more OS engines then any others but that may change if the STS engines work out.

NitroHouse is pretty good about customer service, so I wouldn't be worried.

I recently bought a DX2 from their ebay store... they sent me a DX3. [8D] I asked if it was a mistake, offered to return it for the DX2, and was told to go ahead and keep it. Needless to say, I love them!!

Let me know if you want the e-mail address for the guy I've been in contact with. I noticed they don't have an e-mail address listed clearly on their website... Or, maybe I'm just going blind.

customer happy. and you actually get someone on the phone that knows what they are talking about.

i think they spend too much time on this forum bashing me than worry about thier own customer service

if you placed an online order at 6 0clock its not gonna go through till tomorow you will get a conformation from them probley late morning and the item will ship out tomorow. most of the time anything that is orderd after 1-2pm will not go out till the next day.
