I keep poping the front left CV out the the drive cup on the differential.... It apears as thou the CV is shorter on this side becaus if you flex the suspension all the way like on a jump the CV pops out of the cup.... Anyone know whats going on? im gonna order new CVs and drive cups unless someone knows somthing about it and how to fix it.....

I had that problem except it happened on both sides. Make sure your pivot balls are equally tightend. If they are then thighten both 2 turns, that should keep the CVD's from coming out.

It's either that or you have a set of short CVs. Best thing to do is replace them with rear ones or run with more camber. It also can be a sigh of a chipped drive cup. A common happening with Hypers this one so we can just work through a list. Also see if your in the bottom camber hole in the front shock tower as this can cause it too.
