Ok, well ive completely edited my question..
Im already going to be using strapping tape on the inside of my new tires to keep them from balloning out, but what can i do to keep the foam from bunching up?, or will the trapping tape fix that?

You could use molded foams. The panther and advantage racing foams have a very round profile which I don't like at all. The Ofna foams however are pretty good without rounding out the tire to much.
Maybe you could try bonding the foam into the tire? It would have to be something flexible though like a silicon gasket sealer.
