Steering/Binding problems
Hi Guys
Got a GS Avenger RTR and a prob with the steering.
For some reason when you turn left, something gets stuck and does
not return to the straight position by itself. When you turn right its fine.
Servo is a brand new Hitec Hi Torque Titanium servo which works fine.
Any ideas?
Can't see anything that would affect the steering.
Cheers

RE: Steering/Binding problems
If you tightened down your turnbuckles to adjust the toe you may have screwed the turnbuckle to far in the rod end and it is hitting the ball.

I still vote for a duff servo. Striped teeth on the gears sound most likely. Your other segestions dont expliain why its fine in one direction.

If your convinced it the linkage, look for screws scraping the lower arms at the end of the ackerman plate or check the bearings on the posts are OK. But I still think this is more than likely a servo prob.
