Help with a problem please.

I rebuilt my Kyosho SP2 to get ready for the race season. When I cranked it up today, the rear wheels spun forward and the front wheels spun backwards. Can anyone tell me what my problem is? Thank you.

It's that common? Is it possible to put the diff's in backwards in most buggies? In my MBX-5, I don't think they will fit if installed backwards.
