Hi Folks,
Is there a certain grease to use in re-greasing bearing.
I installed Teflons not too long ago and after some racing in wet conditions I meay need to re-grease? if this take a long time (hub, diffs etc) then Ill replace but if I am to rebuild is there a certain grease to install?
Im a little confused though as the teflons shields are a bit loose its like a little piece of material? surely not as good a ruber shielded? as Its a much tighter fit?
Thanks
Nick.

You shouldn't use grease in bearings. Grease will add drag and could cause heat build up which might shorten the life of a bearing. There is a specific bearing lube, several companies sell them:
I just use a little Tri-Flow, it seems to work great. Keeping the bearings clean and lubed will prolong their life.
