What do you want to spend? Are you racing? If so is it a long or short track?

well the car is gana be used for hacking but i want it so if i want to race witch i probaly will ever now and again i can be competative and price doesnt matter

In which case you want a fast budget engine.
Look at some of these
Hyper 8 port
SH .21 (SH also make Nosram, LRP or sportwerks)
STS .21 B/E
Thunder tiger .21 pro
There is also the OS .21 VG but i'm still not convinced about it yet.
All are faster than your average RTR engine and will be fine for club racing, but not so expensive that you wouldn't want to bash it.
All can be had in pull start or non pull start. They're all quite cheap too (can be had for about $150 US or £75 GBP)

Fast, the rb c6t7 or werks team line b7. Get the werks 2013 pipe for either of the 2 engines. The werks 21 team line B7 engine was voted fastest last year in the pro series final in Rockford Illinois.
