some say redcat is good, others say no. i say neither because i havent driven it. what i say you should do is get whatever it is easiest to get parts for. my local hobby shop (lhs) stocks only traxxas parts, so i have a traxxas jato

good starter buggy for the price. Online parts ordering only. Fun bashing buggy, but not to race.
