make sure you use a new diff. gasket and make sure you put the gasket on properly. when you tighten the screws do it in a star pattern.

6 screws, leads me to think you have the spider diff in there, if so ignore the last 2 posts as they are irrelevant, SPIDERS HAVE O-RINGS, Dab the head of each screw into some RTV (silicone) sealant before you slot it in, then do each screw up in the diametrically oppossed style, sit the diff on one end so that the heads are at the top and allow it to dry.

Seal (se-al) n.

An item used to prevent leakage.

A mammal found predominantly in cold waters.

When using terminology it's better to know what your talking about than to give advice on the wrong type of diff.

Never said paper or rubber just said gasket, and if you have better advise learn to give it in a way that does not insult others trying to do the same. This site is not about superiority, but commrodery.
