Default Temps

I have another silly question for you. I wonder something. Now that is winter the engine temps are hard to reach at the top (120 celcious). I have a friend that run his car and the engine's temp is 80-90 celcious. Is that bad? I mean, in low temps, the engine wears, right? What temps must an engine attampt to be ok?

No DO NOT LEAN IT OUT (as you lean it out less fuel is going to the engine therefor less oil is going to it)

All you need to do is put a sock on the head to keep heat in it like so

Also let it warm up to about 82C before taking off
and before you start it warm the engine up(without it running) to at least 43C

Then just tune it to where it runs best, if it starts getting a little warm pull the sock down a bit.

And the least you`ll want you engine running at is 104C
