If you are interested in the 8ight check out losipartshouse.com they have great prices. But check with your local hobby shop on the prices because mine beat thier price. It pays to shop around a bit. good luck with your decision!!!!

thebarnfloor.com has the 8ight RTR for $549, cheapest place I've found it

ultimatehobbies.com has the race roller for $419

I just ordered the truggy roller from ultimate hobbies

Most RTR do not come with race legal engines so you might want to check your local track rules.

Alot of places actually let you run the RTR engines since most RTR engines cant compete with a good aftermarket .21 anyway

Associated RC8, or Losi 8ight. I love my RC8, but I don't think you could go wrong with either.
Also, look around for a better price on the 8ight if you do decide on that one. I have seen the race roller for under $500.

The Hyper 8 is the best RTR deal right now. The new RTR package comes with the 8.5 upgrade package (new chassis, big bore shocks, new shock towers, new center drive shafts, etc). That means that you end up with 2 chassis, an extra set of shock towers, an extra set of 4 shocks, an extra set of rims, and more for the same price. I was looking at getting the RC8 RS RTR myself, but I am really leaning toward the Hyper 8 now.

Hey guys, I'm hung up here too.
I wanna get an RTR with a good radio, so that's keeping me from the OFNA and Jammin, which sucks, my LHS has all their parts. He said if he sells any more RC8's he's gonna stock up on spares for this season. I like the RC8RS, seems pretty good for an all inclusive package. Can anyone suggest other RTR's with good radio , etc. any 4wd, buggy, truggy, or MT. Just want good gear in the box.

Thanks,
