Default Boost?

I just bought a Hyper .21 8-port Race. I haven't run it yet, but i found another .21 with "boost". Not looking to buy ANOTHER motor but what is the "Boost" and what does it do? I've also been to Ofna's website and looked at the pics of both. Mine has a screw and a cap on under the carb where the tube of the boost engine goes. but mines not a "boost engine" its just a race engine and was wonder what its there for.

could be talking about some upgrade that Ive seen that is just a bottle or tube in this case that kind of saves the pulse that the 2-stroke engines we use make and forces the fuel/air mixture back in the cylinder. I will say that it made a slight difference in mine and my nephews pocket bikes. kinda made em feel like they were fuel injected because of the better throttle response and we could lower the idle some so they were a bit smoother. noticeable power gain? NONE. would it work on RC cars? not sure.

It's a waste of money as far as I've heard.
