Default Help with ne violator 9.5 force .32 engine

Hi all, I am new to the Nitro Buggy sport and I purchased a new Ofna Violator KP 9.5 with the .32 engine and am having problems starting it. I was able to get it running for about 5 minutes but it died and I have not been able to get it started or even fired since then. I am sure that I do not have the needle settings right and that is my problem but I have tried rich settings and lean settings. When I did get it to run I was using a setting of 2.5 turns on the HSN. Also I am not sure about the LSN setting and location. I figured that the LSN is located on the side of the carb just below the HSN but am not sure. There is also a setting that is located where the linkage is for the throttle and I am not sure what this is for. I am using 20% Nitro fuel and a Macoy MC8 glow plug. I would appreciate any help that you might be able to give me..

For a new motor you want it a little rich.Try your high speed setting at 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 out from closed. The screw below it is your idle screw, turn on all electronics you want a 1mm opening on carb turning the screw in will open the carb.Backing it out will close it adjust it with throttle pulled so you don't damage the slide with the screw.Your low speed setting is on the linkage, try one turn out from being flush with collar. This should get it up and running good luck,be patient and keep us posted on the outcome.

Thanks 241 racing, I will give this a try and will post an outcome. Thanks for your help and I look forward to getting to break this engine in so I can get to racing.
