How do you measure the front toe angle on an 1/8 scale buggy without a setup table? (don''t have one, and have no extra money to throw away on one when I''d only use it to measure front toe)

Eyeball it or get a cheap camber gauge and use that to measure toe.
Put the car against a wall with the wheels centered and measure.

use a string to measure the distance between the tires, you could do some math on the distances with trigonometry and find the toe angle

Speed square and a ruler, just make sure your on a level surface. Thats one of (I am sure a million) low cost ways. You can check toe in and camber with these two items.
