So my Wife bought me a new pipe JUST BECAUSE!!!!!! She got me a JP2 that goes perfect with my hyper 21. Now my question is how much tuning do i have to do after i put a new pipe on?

I would start from factory settings.

Just run it and tweak a bit. No need to go back to factory, maybe just richen up HSN a few hours to make sure you start on the rich side.
