mugen diff change

Hey folks! iam chaning up gearing in the rear diff. 11t beavel/38t conical/10t diff/48t spur the idea is get higher RPM's for punch out of the corners. any comments? has anybody done this?

To do that what I did was got rid of my V-Spec and bought an RB C6BB 
But since I'm sure you don't want to do that, I say first just trying going up to the 48T spur, keeping the 13T pinion and other gearing, I've never heard of messing about with diff gear changes
If you do change your diff gears you will also have to change the front too.
