Default Whats a good racer

I want to race at glenwood but dont know what to get. My budget is 300 and under ok and im looking for a rtr offroader. I want something that i can race at glenwood and dont know what though. Im looking at the thunder tiger st1 but i dont think fields supply's it or hobby town. Im also looking at the firestorm to or a gt2. But i already have a 1/10 buggy to bash around with. So i want a real good racer for under 300. Im open to ideas so let me know. i want soething that will have a strong class, but idk if 2wd will be phased out. Anyway can you guys help me

Rclynx is right. Thats a tough budget for 1/8 scale racers. Ebay is going to be your only chance. Good luck.

hot bodies lighting or the cen matrix are very good buggies, the matrix is a little bit expensive but you wont break much on it (just the bellcrank needs to be replaced) it is a solid buggy, go to ebay and see if you can get it used
