ok i have the choice of getting a used turmiol. or a brand new hyper 7tq with the .21 engine. hyper7 is RTR and includes radio and servos. the turmiol needs radio and servos.

both are in my price range. my limit is 300 bux. seeing as the hyper7 new is 300.

also does anyone know a good place to pick up the hyper7? towerhobbies has it for 299

i plan on getting into racing. i dont want to dump a ton of money into something if all im going to do is not like racing. i owned a Tmaxx but just sold it. i drove a friends hyper7 at the track. it was nice. it had the mac28 in it. but i want my own. a few guys have hyper 8s and a guy has a turmoil. im just looking for a starter. i dont plan on winning alot.. just get out there and have fun.

the mods will get mad, but this is a exalent place to look for a used buggy, you can get "last years race buggy" at an extreamly low price

Go for the 8.5 pro. It is a much better car and you can find them used for a good price. I got mine for $230 with a bunch of spares. Just had to get my own engine, piper, servos, and done.
