Default pullstart issue

i posted a different pullstart issue and i person told me to remove the glow plug and drain it how do i drain it. or is there a different way

take out the glow plug, turn the buggy upside down and pull the pullstart

ok well the pull start wont even pull. i dont want to brake it but. yea well is there something wrong with my pull start or what?
