Default Problems starting hyper 7 engine

Yesterday I tried to break in the engine on my new Ofna Hyper 7, but I couldn't start it. I primed it, then I ignited the glow plug, then I pulled the pull startlike crazy, but it wouldn't start. Any suggestions?

Check for air leaks in fuel system/engine. Check to make sure fuel is getting into carb/engine. Check that your glow plug ignites by hooking up igniter while plug is out of engine. Check to make sure igniter is charged/battery is good.

I checked all that, but the other thng is that the starter is almost impossible to pull. I tried everything that the manual said to do, but nothing works. I should probably say that this is the first time I've tried to run it. I'm still breaking it in. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

If you are breaking the engine in you should be preheating engine with heat gun to or as close to 200 degrees F as possible before starting. If you don't have heat gun, hair dryer will help a little.

I got it running. My dad stole it and took it to the store where I bought it. He got it to run down a whole tank idling. As for the don't-pull-starter I trashed it and bought a new engine starter that I use a drill and a really big hex bit to start. I ran 2 more tanks through it on my driveway yesterday, but then it got kind of boring when I kept literally running circles around my mom's car, so I took my Hyper into the street and full-throttled it. My neighbor came out in the middle of it and was completely amazed at how fast it was. The break-in is coming along. Slowly, but coming.
