My fuel tank seems to be a "bit" off and accepts only ~105-110ml of fuel
(including fuel lines).
The legal is 125ml, how can i increase the capacity of the tank without using feets of fuel line?!!!!
I already have a fuel filter and don't want to use another one.
I will if i have to eventually but how much volume does those large Kyosho fuel filters have?
(including fuel lines).

well theres only so much that can be done to increase capacity and he doesnt want to do most of them so new fuel tank is really the only other option

but you gotta remember, the ROAR rules state that there can only be so much fuel line and running 2 fuel filters is illegal also, so i'd say the ONLY option would be to upgrade to a legal 125ml tank

If he wants to run 7 filter he can, even roar events, just as long as hes not over the 125cc mark. Page 60 rule book, rc pro series is the same way. Tanks that are listed at 125cc are only 118cc at best, add in the fuel line and filter youll end up at the 125cc mark, mines tecked at 124cc.

I'll try to see what fuel filters i have and see what i can do.
In Europe there is also a limit to how long fuel line you have.
If i'm not mistaken is around 30cm(12inch)

Compressed Air and a Heat gun. Not sure how far you would be able to
swell one of these tanks but it might be worth a shot.

increase the fuel line length and add a inline reservoir from a caster or Mugen.
benefits of longer fuel line is more consistent fuel pressure and tune as well allows the buggy to run better when on its lid.
Fuel line length is shortened when you add a reservoir.
If your bugy is more a basher and has a odd size tank it may be a good idea to buy a tank that fits from another brand.
