Remove front/center drive shaft. Open the center diff, clean it out and stuff it full of clay or silly putty. Make sure all the gears in the diff are frozen(locked) and seal it back up.

Remove the center dog bones which connects the front diff and lock the center diff by packing it with JB Weld epoxy, install the spur gear and let it dry overnight and you are good to go. Good luck in removing the hard epoxy.
