1/10 scale buggies have mostly been non-existent locally and now delta has a special track for 1/10 scale dirt racing. is 1/10 scale cheaper? i know there are wayyy less choices than 1/8 scale. has anyone switched to save dough?

1/10 scale 4WD electric buggies are a blast. They handle very well and are cheap to operate compared to nitro and very durable. The selection of 1/10 nitro is limited; especially if you want a QUALITY kit. Even the Kyosho 4WD 1/10 stuff isn't all that great; fragile too.

I see the 1/10 guys breaking stuff all the time. Just as fast as 1/8.. if not faster, but the parts are smaller and break easier.
Although I've thought about picking up a 1/10 stadium truck.
