it was the store display... no box or the ignitor etc.... just radio and a car....
i figured for a 9 year old boy.. it would be a good lil begineer car... after dointhe break in... this lil booger flies... actuallly a prett decent quality car...
they are on ebay for 250 bucks to 300

its the s2
http://www.tiger.com.tw/product/6226.html
now it was the display.. didnt have the ignitor or box or directions.. but had all the preloads etc.....
but for a 9 year old 's first nitro... i couldnt turn it down.
i went ahead and broke it in... the lil things runs great handles better than i thought... and the parts are cheap and ezily available...
i guess the fuel line just got damaged from being a display...
the one thing bad tho... the tires are garbage.... went thru a set runnin circles breakin it in...

Yes, I just got the same buggy. I have already replaced the tires with GRP M08As. If you haven't already replaced all the fuel lines, do so, they gave me some trouble. New parts can be found at thundertiger4u.com for pretty cheap. I have already abused mine pretty well, its an extremely tough buggy, you will not be disappointed at all. I would suggest since you got it for so cheap that you get something better for the throttle/break servo. I ended up throwing the entire radio away, replacing the stock steering servo with something a little better and using the stock steering servo for the throttle/brake. It stops pretty quickly now. Enjoy!

These buggies can be had for anywhere from $230 to $270. I got mine for $230 on ultimatehobbies.com.

Are you talking about the sway bars? I had a heck of a time getting the rear on mine which is pretty frustrating considering its such a simple part! I'll try to grab some pics since I'm not even sure I got it right.
