Ofna Picco RTR no brakes

I noticed when i started to break in my new Picco RTR that it had absolutely no breaking power. Is this something i can easily fix or is this a major problem? Sorry for the noob question.

Either your throttle/brake servo is weak or more likely, your brake linkages need to be adjusted
