I race competivley and am sending my OS Vspec to AB mods to get the stage 2 or the drag mod done on my RC8 FT so was wondering what upgrades you would all suggest to help me gain an edge on the others out there like the MP9s and 8Eights? Thanks alot fellas. Also does anyone know where I can get 5 spoke wheels for my RC8 I can not find them anywhere. I hate those flat plain white rims. LOL......Thanks again.

The only thing that's gonna give you an advantage over the other guys is practice.

If you race on a super high bite bluegroove track, I wouldn't suggest the Advantage wheels as they're a little thin around the hex and the spokes.
