Default I need help choosing a pipe.

My good 'ol buggy is up for the winter but I just cant not buy anything for it! I really need a new pipe. I have a duratrax raze with an axil .28 1s. Right now I have the crappy stock raze pipe on. I bash my buggy HARD everyday in the summer. I usually drive in gravel pits, mud, dirt and I would say I am at 3/4 throttle most of the time. Obviously the axial is big on torque so I need something that will work well for it. Thanks.

I dont want to spend more than $80

thanks!

Well for $80 you really cant go wrong with a jammin pipe. Either polished aluminum or hard coat. Either isnt a bad choice and since youve got lots of torque then a JP2 is a damn fine choice. You can find them on ebay for about $80 before shipping.

The Axial 28 went really well with the stock Savage alu pipe I found... But yeah, this is different..

The Tsais T32 - if you can find it - is supposedly a GREAT all-rounder...

Nice motor, Love mine![8D]
I also need a new pipe as mine is dented and the manifold is almost useless.
I think I am going to pick one of [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_23_32/products_id/9005]these[/link] up.. Dynamite makes it in three versions: High End, Mid Range (shown in link), and a torque monster Because the Axial has so much low end, I think the mid range pipe would be a great companion for the engine.

I was also looking at this a while ago: http://www.bukupower.com/
They go for a little more than $80, but from what I have seen they look great..
Has anybody seen one of these in action, or heard of any problems?

That 053 pipe is supposedly a great match for the Mach 427 and LRP Spec 3. I recently picked one up for my Mach, but haven't tested yet cuz of the weather.

I've never heard of anybody using one with an Axial.

I would also suggest maybe trying to find the stock pipe and header from a Robitronic Mantis, as the Mantis comes stock with the Axial, and they move pretty well stock I've seen.

I guess the Protos buggy has the same pipe/header too..

Another idea, and a cheap one - might be the stock pipe from the Hyper ST Pro. It's kind of an all-rounder for 28's. I bet you could get one for under 40 bucks on ebay, cuz people just sell them out of their kits..

Also another good choice for a side pipe is a vantage side pipe with an axial I have a video on you tube of mine idling.

Here is there site. Now mind you they show $94.99 but you can get them on ebay for cheaper
