My 1/8th brushless basher build.
Here's mine its an old Ofna Ultra Comp i picked up cheap. Still need to get a battery tray of some sort and order the PCR Rear chassis brace. Also needs a body. I made my own motor mount plate and bolted it to the stock diff housing and added another brace to make sure it didn't flex. Slapped it together for a quick test run yesterday and it ran well. just need to button it up and should make for a good basher.
Made the mount from some old aluminum hydraulic valve label plates.
Made the esc mount out of one too.
How it sits now waiting for the final few parts to finish it up.
And my RC workbench in my dining room.

Some updates to my project. Here's my solution for a cheap battery tray. Got a Slash chassis from a freind for free and sliced and diced the tray out of it.
And the buggy with it installed

Bought the buggy for $75 and sold the motor out of it for $40. Already had the Brushless motor and lipo batteries from another car. Bought the pinion and Mamba Monster new for $90 with a trade for an original 1986 Kyosho Ultima buggy to my LHS. Made the motor mount myself. pretty cheap and fun so far.

Looks good and nice work. Going custom is the best and so much fun. Post a video of this bad boy running.
