Which Buggy to get?
Hey all,
basically I've been stuck in the boring world of electrics for too long and had a go of a friends Nitro buggy the other day and well I WANT ONE!!
I'm not looking for the top of the line car but something that is still pretty decent.. I don't know much about them but i am willing to learn.
I wont be racing the car so it'll be used just for some fun with mates but of course it has to be better then theirs
so is there a type of car that you guys would recommend on getting?
Cheers

RE: Which Buggy to get?
hmm so many different options, doesn't help me much the hyper 7 seems a very old buggy been around for a long time i just dont see how it would still be competitive with the newer ones.
I've got a budget of about $500 probably bit more if required, hope that helps minimize the numbers, if its really fast and handles really well id be happy
Now i think about it, racing might be fun, im liking the losi 8ight and the hotbodies D8

Going to be hard to do a D8 since they only come in a kit around $350 then you need an engine, radio system, servos and track equipment. Yes the Hyper 7 is still very competitive on the track for club racers.

Yes that is the same thing. The Hyper series are made by Hobao and here in the states Ofna imports the Hobao line along with the Hong nor. So here in the states many call them Ofna with Ofna does not make anything only imports them.
