Hello just wondering what this little loop on my radio plate is for?

Its for mounting a transponder. Its used for racing to keep up with number of laps and lap times.

Most of your newer TP mount different. That looks like it is for the older hand out TP.

No its a place to tie some fish line to and then run it as a tethered Nitro RC / Right turns only
