MP7.5 resevoir shocks...
Just picked up an MP7.5 and was wondering what were the best shocks
for this buggy? I have a buddy that bought the Hodgson Piggyback
resevoir bodies. I was thinking about getting those or if there are a
whole set of Piggyback shocks that are better i might go that route.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've never heard of Hodgson, so I can't comment on those, but every set of piggybacks I've ever seen were for looks only. Some have a "functional" resevoir but the only thing it does is introduce another area where the shock can leak. I would spend money on big bore shocks. They will actually make a noticeable difference in performance.

Thanks for the heads up!
Any suggestions on a good brand? I'm very new to this sport so I don't
know what's good and what's not.
Thanks!

RE: MP7.5 resevoir shocks...
I've added a set of Hong Nor (Jammin) 16 mm big bore shocks on my MP7.5 Kanai II and other than a slight bit of rubbing on the axles they work great. The rubbing doesn't effect performance and can be lived with.
