I saw a TOKI Nitro Engine .27 CXP for a cheap price and I was wondering what you guys think of it. I want to put it on a Exceed-RC Razor roller that my friend wants to sell my for cheap ($100).
Is that a good engine? Is that a good roller? Is it a good combination? Help plz =(

Never heard anything good about the toki engines. You can probably find a name brand roller for $150-200 with an engine so id look somewhere else.

Here is a good deal IMO. Spend $40-80 on a radio system and clean the one way bearing and you are in business. Ofna is an excellent brand you can get parts for, but will seldom need parts if you dont beat it:

Another of the same thing, except this one is RTR:

You can buy a NEW Cen Matrix for $260 here. The matrix is also a good, durable buggy.

That should get you started anyways. I hope this is of some help. Check out the classifieds on here(where those links came from). Many good deals to be had
The Exceed buggies are not built well. I know their 1/10 scale buggies have plastic differential gears and things. The Ofna and CEN buggies i liked to are not top of the line, but are WAY better than the exceed will ever be, and you can get parts easily for the Ofnas and CEN.
Let me know if you need anything else[8D]

They just arent built nearly as heavy as other brands, and parts support and customer service is bad.
Here is a video that talks some about the 1/10 exceed buggy. It gives you an idea of why they are a cheaper buggy:
